2. Check if another VPN is active on your Android device:
   • Close any VPN apps running in the background.
   • Restart ESSL VPN and follow the authorization steps as prompted.

Connection problems can be due to many factors. Please try:

• Refresh the server list and connect to a different server.
• Check your internet connection.
• Disable any other VPN apps that may be running.

Your subscription is managed through Google Play:

• View subscription: Open Google Play > Menu > Subscriptions > ESSL VPN
• Cancel subscription: Google Play > Subscriptions > ESSL VPN > Cancel

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access until then.
